Вы серьезно? Приложение дороже чем реальный фитнес зал?!😁😁😁 Причём такой бешенный ценник стал, будто у меня личный тренер на год🤣 Отзывы накручены, ценник заоблачный. Раньше можно было за рекламу качать приложение и заниматься, а теперь что-то запросы у создателей растут ежемесячно 👎
В 2012 купила полную подписку, где было указано «навсегда», а теперь все, нет такой покупки, плати 7700🫪😂

I have been a loyal user of this app since purchasing it years ago. Unfortunately, the developers have recently transitioned to a subscription model and revoked access to features I already paid for. After going back and forth with customer support, I was told my account is now restricted to a basic "legacy" plan. If I want to continue using the plans and features I’ve had access to for years, I now have to pay an outrageous $20 per month. Changing the terms on users who already purchased your app is a terrible business practice. I highly recommend avoiding this app unless you want to be hit with unexpected, forced subscriptions down the road.

App asked me to restore my purchase a few weeks ago. I restored it and it worked for a bit but now it’s asking me to restore it again. However, restoring it again doesn’t do anything. Tapping the “Paid, still locked? Fix it” option also doesn’t do anything. Same with the “Sync all p4p apps”. I signed out, signed in again, still nothing. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, and still nothing. It’s basically unusable right now.

Voice is rude, and overlaps with count, the exercise isn’t announced before it starts, forcing me to look at the screen to see what’s next. Customized workout feature has been made worthless, with too many errors to list. If you’re going to release inferior versions, consider lowering your subscription price.

J’ai acheté ce pack il y a plusieurs années et j’étais globalement satisfait par la qualité des programmes ainsi que la diversité des exercices. Cependant, il y a quelques jours, j’ai été contraint de mettre à jour l’ensemble des applications  de P4P. Dans cette mise à jour, on m’impose désormais de souscrire un abonnement annuel pour accéder à des exercices  que j’avais pourtant débloqués lors de mon achat initial. Il me semble qu’une modification des conditions d’utilisation ne peut être unilatéralement aux utilisateurs mais nécessite leur accord surtout lorsqu’elle remet en cause des droits acquis. Par ailleurs, depuis cette  mise à jour. Il n’est plus possible de mettre ses propres playlist sauf via Apple Music ! En résumé si je peux donner un conseil, ce serait  d’éviter de télécharger les applications  de P4P dont la politique tarifaire et certaines fonctionnalités ont malheureusement régressé avec le temps.

Nous tenons à préciser qu’aucun « accord » nouveau n’a été imposé de manière rétroactive concernant le contenu acheté à l’origine.

L’achat initial concernait le déblocage du contenu disponible dans l’application au moment de cet achat. Les fonctionnalités et services ajoutés plusieurs années plus tard, y compris les nouveaux plans, outils et services premium, ne faisaient évidemment pas partie de ce contenu initial et ne peuvent donc pas être considérés comme inclus dans cet achat d’origine.

Il ne s’agit donc pas de retirer un droit acquis sur le contenu effectivement acheté, mais de distinguer entre :
	•	le contenu historique débloqué au moment de l’achat initial
	•	et les services premium ajoutés ultérieurement dans le cadre d’un modèle plus récent

Concernant les difficultés d’accès signalées après mise à jour, certains anciens achats peuvent actuellement être affectés par un problème technique de restauration, que nous sommes en train de corriger. Si tel est votre cas, nous vous invitons à contacter directement le support afin que nous puissions vérifier votre situation précisément.

Enfin, au sujet des playlists, les options audio actuelles dépendent aussi des intégrations et des règles techniques des plateformes utilisées.

I lost my training “Chest for beginners at Home”

**Developer response:** We’re sorry you’re disappointed, but we would like to clarify that the “Chest for Beginners at Home” workout has not been deleted from the app.

Legacy users continue to have access to the content included in their original purchases. Some plans that were introduced later are now part of the current P4P Elite subscription and were not included in purchases made years before those plans existed.

If you believe a plan that was actually included in your original purchase is no longer accessible, please contact our support team with your purchase history and account details. We will gladly verify your case.

Regarding the comment about our development process, it is simply an assumption and does not reflect how our software is developed.

I’ve used this app for years and paid for lifetime membership but now I can’t even customize my workouts I paid for. Such a shame cause it was a good app but like everyone else the developers are greedy and want you to pay a subscription when you already paid for the app. Back to YouTube videos

Много тренировок пропало, хотя у меня была оформлена годовая подписка. Озвучка голосов на русском языке озвучивается с украинском! Че за бред вообще!?

Одно из лучших приложений на рынке! БЫЛО! После обновлений просто перестало работать((( А уже купленное ранее приложение автор снова предложил мне купить — интересный поворот)) Одним словом разочарована. Грусть, печаль.

**Developer response:** Очень жаль читать такой отзыв, особенно от пользователя, который был с нами много лет.

Но важно уточнить: приложение не “перестало работать”. Скорее всего, ваш аккаунт просто не был повторно авторизован после большого обновления системы, либо приложение не распознало ваш legacy-доступ автоматически.

Старые пользователи по-прежнему сохраняют доступ к контенту, который был разблокирован в момент покупки. Новая подписка касается новых функций, новых систем, AI-генерации, обновлённого конструктора тренировок и других технологий, которых просто не существовало много лет назад.

К сожалению, мы пытались связаться с вами по email, но сервер возвращает ошибку доставки, поэтому не можем помочь напрямую.

Напишите нам снова через поддержку и приложите:

* скриншот профиля в приложении
* что именно вы видите при запуске тренировки
* используете ли вы login внутри приложения

И мы постараемся помочь разобраться.

After the recent update the workout plan I was currently in was upgraded to the new Elite plan which requires a new monthly subscription, so it will not let me continue the plan. I paid for unlimited access FOREVER when this app was just getting started and to switch it for legacy members is not right.  Feels like bait and switch, very disappointed.

После обновления приложение не стало «нерабочим» — миллионы тренировок продолжают использоваться пользователями ежедневно. Если у вас не загружаются планы, это нужно проверять как конкретный технический случай через поддержку, а не делать вывод, что всё приложение «сломано».

Что касается перевода: да, после большого обновления некоторые новые элементы интерфейса ещё дорабатываются, и мы продолжаем улучшать локализацию в ближайших обновлениях.

Также важно понимать:
новая подписка включает совершенно новые функции, технологии и системы, которых не существовало в старых версиях приложения. При этом старые пользователи по-прежнему сохраняют доступ к ранее приобретённому контенту.

И наконец — сравнивать цену полноценной фитнес-платформы с залом некорректно. За стоимость нескольких чашек кофе в месяц пользователи получают доступ к годам разработки, обновлений, музыке, AI-функциям, новым тренировкам и постоянной поддержке.

I was using this app on and off and finally got serious with it. For the past 2 years I do 4-5 workouts a week. I was weighing 189 lbs. at 6’ tall and a waist line of 32. Today I’m 66 years old, 168lbs. 18% body fat and 31 waist, 163lbs. and look pretty darn good! Thank you for the app! And the latest update is fantastic

Давно пользуюсь приложением, в последних обновлениях разработчики убрали счет в тренировках кратный 5-10-15 и тд. После обращения, оперативно ответили и все вернули назад. Хочу ещё раз подчеркнуть быструю реакцию и корректную работу с клиентами, за это компании РЕСПЕКТ!!! Есть конечно вопросы с корявым переводом команд тренера на русский язык. Так например по русски корректно говорить не «Один-два», а «Раз-два», так как компания клиентоориентированная, я думаю поправят.
