The utilize bill pay which is extremly helpful when paying credit cards and other venues. I can add money from my line of credit and move money around without having to go anywhere! Love it ### 2/5 — Horrible mobile banking *2021-11-21* Though ATFCU (Abilene Teachers Federal Credit Union) is a good bank to go with if you’re looking for a bank that actually cares about its bankers. This review is about the mobile app, this bank is constantly updating this application, and you are not able to view nor move your finances. This is not beneficial at all, especially if you have an emergency and need to access those funds immediately, ATFCU needs to work on a big update for the mobile app, and notify bank users at minimum a day in advance. And make a feature where you can choose to update your application, but still be able to use your funds and move them when necessary. I do like using this bank but this app is completely ridiculous. It now freezes every time I open the app. I can do one function and then have to close and reopen it. It’s pretty frustrating now actually. Once a week I have to delete and redownload it to be able to even open it. They keep changing the display instead of focusing on the fact that the app is just unusable. ### 1/5 — No Real Time Transactions Anymore *2025-10-29* I’ve used this app for years and suddenly it’s reverted back 10 years. When you make a purchase with debit, or a scheduled bill is paid, it now takes 2 days for it to show on your account on the app or online. It used to show immediately (and send a text immediately) making it easy to monitor activity on your account in real time. Not only do transactions not post for 48 hours, but the funds are not withdrawn until the transaction posts, so your balance does not reflect your transactions in real time. The info on the transactions has also become vague. Pretty much a useless app to me now. Opening online banking in a browser rather than the app is no better. I’ll likely find a bank with online banking that shows my activity in real time and move my accounts. ### 1/5 — Review *2025-10-27, version 2025.06* Preferred older layout, and there was less issues too.
