화상 상담 신청 한번 하려면
신분증 사진 찍고 이거 인식도 잘 안돼서 몇번씩 시도하고
화상 연결 안되니까 다시 처음부터.. 몇번 반복한건지
안된다고 하면 한번도 이런 케이스 발생한적 없다고
드릴 말씀이 없다고..🧐
명확하게 ios업데이트를 해야하는거면 그렇게 말을 하든가..
개발자한테라도 물어봐서 원인 파악을 해야하는거 아닌가요.?

신분증 촬영이 돌아가지 않아 작업을 진행을 못합니다 발생된 오류가 진행됨 시점은 한참 전인데 아직 오류 수정이 안되는거 보면 진짜 앱을 테스트도 안하고 올린거 같습니다 없는 서비스나 같으니 용량 아깝게 다운 받지 마시고 콜센터에 연락하시고나 직접 찾아가서 압무를 보시는게 나을것 같습니다
