What I like to do to lift my mood is taking a walk, I’ve noticed that it clears my mind and help my mood. But when it came time for me first appointment, there was no coaching call. I sent several messages in the app and there was no response. I reached out their support team and there was no response. Finally i read these reviews and it turns out I’m not alone here. I think this company might actually just be a complete scam. Really heartbreaking because the idea is great and the app looks professional enough. I was really excited to get started, but instead I guess I’ll be filing a credit card dispute to try to get my money back. They “graciously” wanted to keep the original fee and finally refunded that. If you’re interested in losing weight, find another program. Update: I have been contacted by the developer. They did bt know that I had been in contact with them three different times. I think they are as hands off as they can manage while making money.
