Upon using the app I can say it has few systems that are helpful. The app can give a rating on your current physique, which can be helpful. Its nutrition side isn’t very helpful or accurate. Using the barcode scanner it pulls up something complete off from the nutritional label. Would rather use MyFitnessPal to track my calories but at least there custom workouts available.

Wanted to get something to work on my abs. Looked interesting. Played around with the app into and asks you to pay. If you don’t buy right away, an offer pops up and says it’s 90%. That’s a lie. First price was $35 for a year. 90% off would be $3.50. They wanted $20. Can’t believe Apple lets this BS happen. Lost all trust on the app.

No info about privacy and what AI services are reviewing my body photo, I wouldn’t be surprised if one day all photos will be leaked. Also pricing page is trying to trick user by displaying small weekly price as prominent on annual plan, what a dirty dark pattern move apple should ban this app. App is definitely ai sloop

App screen times out during middle of workout. If I leave the screen the timer stops, the scan is decent. Haven’t seen any improvement that other apps doesn’t already have but better.
