This app does not work and their customer service sucks. It’s impossible to speak to a live person and their email customer services are useless too. If you are looking to renew your certification, go to your Profile and it is there in the top line in small prints -  “Renew to your certification”. These people should not have a job and they should not charge so much for lack of basic service.

This app is a reflection of how awful the abo/ncle customer service has become. This is just an extension of their terrible website. Don’t waste your time.

This is the least user friendly app I have ever had to deal with. It makes it impossible to try and renew your certificates. It’s a horribly laid out app with no clear instructions. This app is almost unusable.

I like that I can take a picture of my CE paper on my phone and upload it directly. I don’t have to send the picture to my computer or mail it. Not too shabby, no annoying notifications everyday, and it helps me keep my optician group updated with news about their certification. No need to search on google, or doomscroll on facebook.
