Also there is no way to see the due day and what is the statement amount but I can see the transactions... You have to enter to other archaic page to see the details of the credit card and payments options, but this is not working today!! From the online experience, the mobile app, and the mortgage loan. The only reason we stay is because we got a great rate on the mortgage loan…but at times, even that is not worth it when compared to the frustration of trying to accomplish what should be fairly simple tasks. I get a new phone, transfer all apps over with very little problem…until I get to Abound. I had FINALLY got the Face ID set up and used that to log in to it, but apparently the password data in my password manager out of date. When I tried to sign in on the new phone, I got locked out. Had to wait an hour and try again - and again. Tried the password reset, no help. Tried to log in online, locked out. Locked out everywhere. Had to come into the branch to get aced to the account. Ridiculous. I appreciate security, but things happen. People forget passwords. There HAS to be a reasonable process by which the average user can gain access to their account when it happens. If you’re not using this account as your primary bank or directly depositing checks then you have to transfer money in which takes very long and the process is a bit redundant. Also, if for whatever reason the “remember me” option doesn’t remember you and you must sign in again on the app. You’re given a code via phone call which you have to type while on the app and listening to the code.
