So frustrating ### 4/5 — Tolle App, schlechtester Versand überhaupt... *2024-11-20* Wieso immer noch nur Hermes 😵‍💫 ?! Hermes is das misserabelste Versandunternehmen überhaupt! Päckchen verschwinden, können nicht mal mit rückverfolgung des Support selbst nochmal ermittelt werden, sind beschädigt und teilweise schon mal auf, Boten sind oft weder der deutschen Sprache mächtig noch können sie sie lesen oder scheiben und Gott sei dank gibts Übersetzer die man den Kunden vors Gesicht halten kann zum reinsprechen 😤, Pakete werden willkürlich in der Nachbarschaft abgegeben auch bei fremden nicht autorisierten Personen oder irgendwo im und ums Grundstück abgelegt und nicht notiert so das man zwangsläufig den mehr als schlechten Support kontaktieren muss. Also ich bestelle sehr gerne hier wegen der tollen markenauswahl, dem klasse preis Leistung Verhältnis, die Seite einfach super simple aufgebaut is und für jeden übersichtlich und verständlich, es viele Zahlmethoden gibt und der Support perfekt läuft. dennoch werde ich vermutlich dann doch eine Ausweichmöglichkeit in Betracht ziehen und auf andere Apps wechseln die neben Hermes auch DHL/DPD als versandmöglichkeit anbieten. Denn wie geschildert Hermes is das aller aller letzte versandunternehmen. When I tried purchasing the hat again it had gone UP in price!!! Then I received an email from them apologizing for the recent refund so they gave me a voucher, but to use the voucher I had to spend a minimum amount of money, which was double what I had initially spent.
