Dann habe ich aber gemerkt, dass das speichern der Workshops oder Musik Acts usw. nicht funktioniert. Wenn ich auf speichern klicke und dann auf mein timetable, dann wurde es nicht gespeichert. Ich habe schon alles ausprobiert, App neu installiert usw. - nichts lässt sich speichern… ### 1/5 — Geldrückzahlung funktioniert nicht *2023-08-13, version 3.1.4* Irreführend, Kontostand ist falsch (immer auf 0€, obwohl schon Geld gebucht wurde. Geldrückzahlung funktioniert nicht ### 1/5 — Gute Idee, leider miserabel umgesetzt. *2023-08-12, version 3.1.4* Die App ist hübsch gemacht. Leider stimmt der Timetable der App nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Teilweise passen die Uhrzeiten oder sogar Tage der Acts oder Aktivitäten nicht. Wir waren auf Workshops gebucht, vor Ort wurde uns dann aber gesagt das wir nicht auf der Liste stehen, weil man sich wohl ab dem ersten Festivaltag gar nicht mehr über die App anmelden konnte, nur vor Ort. Wird aber nirgends kommuniziert. ### 1/5 — Anmeldung für Workshops katastrophal *2023-08-09, version 3.1.3* Die App ist leider total unübersichtlich, man hat keine erhalten, dass man sich für Workshops anmelden konnte und in der Übersicht stand der CTA „bald verfügbar“ aus dem ich geschlossen habe, dass noch keine Anmeldung erfolgen kann. Es ist einfach nicht gut gelöst. ### 2/5 — Timetable läuft nicht so richtig rund *2023-08-05* Nach einem recht holprigen Start der diesjährigen App funktioniert leider die persönliche Timetable noch immer nicht… schade! ### 1/5 — Unbrauchbar bei 2 Tickets *2022-08-10, version 2.2* Konstellation ist ich habe 2 Tickets gekauft. Logge ich mich mit meinem Ein sehe ich mein Ticket und meinen Namen. Loggt sich meine Freundin ein werde ich raus geschmissen und sie sieht, obwohl sie sich mit IHREM Ticket anmeldet meinen Namen und meine Buchungen! Das gleiche geschieht anders herum.
