As a professional bird tour leader I knew that this kind of software would be available soon, but this is beyond what I had imagined and outshines all other programs trying to do the same thing. The offline vocal recognitions are game-changing, and in my tests have so far proved almost 100% accurate even with poorly-known species where few recordings exist. Please update the app ASAP to allow upload of audio from video or files already saved on your phone, and consider adding an alert functionality where it can ping you when it hears a specified species and save the detected audio.

This app is truly designed for birdwatching enthusiasts. It has a very high accuracy rate for both image and sound recognition, and the search function is also very good. You can see pictures and text introductions of all kinds of birds from around the world, and even their sounds!
