Shouldn’t have to sync. Can’t see the time for the week. We’ve used 3 apps now for time. This is the worst one yet. ### 1/5 — Worst company for time tracking software *2017-03-21, version 5.2.4* We purchased this software years ago for our business for around $10,000.00. They set it up but it never worked properly. Each time we called in for help they tried to sign us up for one year support but we only needed one session. Instead they tell us they only help customer on support program. Unacceptable. Once they had our money we had no other option. This software does not get used and is now an expensive lesson in companies who do not offer customer service. Do Not Buy this software. You have been warned. ### 1/5 — Not up to speed. *2017-02-07, version 5.2.4* This app is great because it works for most companies, and you can put many many employees on it clocking in and out with new or old phones. The problem is it does not work quickly. And has many issues syncing daily. Don't ever take more than a couple job photos, you will regret it. The interface seems to be a design from the 1980s, horrible and unintuitive in every way. Having said that, we aren't giving up yet because of the amount of money invested. I also know there is a learning curve with new software, but I want to pull my hair out. BTW, I'm very techy savvy. There had been nonstop issues to overcome and most of our field staff can't log in currently. If field staff can't log in, then what is the point of having this expensive program. The concept is good, but bad execution. From palm pilots to IPhones and Itouches. I'm looking on. Every one of the techs tell you something different and act like I'm the only one having problems. My wife is now calling all ten of our employees asking for there time from last week. Company clearly doesn't care, or they would have made better effort to correct by now. Quick and easy to use. Unfortunately it routinely stops working. Cant sync, get error when logging on. Users can’t verify if a punch went through which creates a whole myriad of problems, complaints, bad feelings, with a morale+productivity crushing experience to be had by all from the suits at the top on down to the workers in the field. About Time is word up because It’s ABOUT TIME this mess is upgraded to serve the demands of the 21st Century Workplace. I mean, why would it be like that?? Clocking in happens BEFORE anything happens that would be more worthy. Web clock notes only appear the day after syncing. It works great! Most people think that the app don’t work because when you try syncing it won’t sync. Most of the time it’s either no service or your battery life is lower than 15%. But, there is a solution for not having service. You may clock in or out as usual without syncing. Once you arrive to an area with service or at home, you may sync it. By doing so, it will send all your time records to your office or app manager. We have over 200 employees using it. Any issues we had has been resolved with simple explanations. Though we found out that if you use a certain phone carrier, it won’t work. I’m still unsure of, why? But I will NOT say which one due to not wanting any problems. We deployed FormsXpress and I am able to take videos, record voice notes and a bunch more on my projects & attach to digital forms. Our foremen are keeping accurate time and don't have to fill out time cards anymore. It pulls & sends the data to Spectrum also. The developers know about it but haven't fixed them. ### 3/5 — Messes up clock out/in times *2011-02-21, version 3.0.2* We installed app on iPod touch 4's and began seeing clock outs and ins at 2 am, 4 am, etc. This has resulted in additional manual corrections. Not sure what the prob is but the old palms are working well. Please fix, excited any possibilities on the apple products, but it is far from flawless. ### 2/5 — Not happy with latest update *2021-02-10, version 6.1.18* This app was working great until the last update. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. When I clock in, the green and red buttons at the bottom of the screen are not are oversized and have a hard time clicking on them. Please fix. ### 2/5 — Employee notification *2019-06-03, version 6.1.12* I'd easily give it five stars if not for the fact that there doesn't seem to be a way for users to see a log of their punches. Doesn't seem like it would be all that complicated to make it so that I could go in and see if missed a punch or if my punch/sync worked properly (signal on job sites is sometimes wonky). Hell...what about a confirmation text that comes after you punch.
