## What is ABPM Log?

ABPM Log helps you record events during a monitoring session without turning the process into paperwork.

Create a session on iPhone, then log activity, symptoms, sleep, medication, and cuff or device issues from iPhone or Apple Watch. The phone remains the source of truth, while the watch gives you fast, large-button entry when you need to record something quickly.

Use the Timeline to review entries in chronological order, filter by category, and confirm when an event came from Apple Watch. When a session is finished, it moves into History as a read-only record so the final record stays intact.

Export a clean report as a PDF, print it, share it, or save it to Files. Choose whether to export the active session, one archived session, or all saved data.

ABPM Log is built for simple, structured event tracking when timing and clarity matter.

ABPM Log does not measure blood pressure and does not use iPhone or Apple Watch sensors to take health measurements. It is an event log for recording notes during a monitoring period performed with a separate prescribed monitor. Always consult a doctor in addition to using this app and before making medical decisions.
