When I said once that I don’t need RM Service I mean it ,continuously they call and push for rm service I’m not so desperate to get married. I took a service and it’s fine if I need an upgrade I will take it don’t call multiple times. Extremely poor unnecessary talking even they say rude things when I cut the call. Also they say that good profile people don’t have time so they might not respond or care so they hire rm. They say good profiles ignore you because they don’t have time. I will definitely not gonna get married to someone who doesn’t have time ### 3/5 — Good, could have been better *2025-04-07* While opting for the service they will be be calling you and ask you to opt the best. As soon as you opt they will start updating your preferences do all update from their end. But when you ask for any update as to show me some profiles who had tried reaching or some other queries they will be neglecting you. The app is filled with technical glitches, scrolling issues, loading issues and the agents constantly argue that there is no issue with the app. The profile are redundant and the databases are updated rarely. The agents keep on calling, pushing for various add ons and other subs. A big organisation like ABP is scamming customers in this way. The user interface is clunky and confusing, making it difficult to navigate through the various features. The search function is practically useless, as it returned irrelevant results even when I entered specific criteria. Additionally, the app crashed multiple times while I was using it, causing me to lose my progress and becoming increasingly frustrated. The audience are also very limited. The interest received/sent section is always showing the message: Something Went Wrong. The customer service executives keep pestering for buying a subscription even when the app is not working properly. We have to upload a government approved photo ID to increase the trust score, but even after uploading the same the trust score remains unchanged. The ABP Group is scamming people through this app. ### 1/5 — Fake Matrimony site *2022-11-18* I am a paid subscriber of Abp Weeding. After 6 months of my subscription I have understood that most of the profiles are fake or handle by the matrimony site itself. I observed that after sending 100+ interests but accept % is only 2 or 3. There are many attractive profiles but I think they are only to provoke for paid subscriptions. And one thing I must say this app is so outdated and very slow and difficult to operate. ### 4/5 — Nice customer support. You get a dedicated person as your support executive who can guide you throughout. ### 1/5 — My profile being controlled from back end *2022-07-07* I had taken subscription thrice in ABP Weddings . It was unsuccessful. The managerial service is worthless. Manager - Arijit Dey and co worker Sreemoyee Das guided me to take up the subscription on 01st July 2022 which was also the day of Rath Yatra. We took the subscription that day itself . I was told that moderation will take 24 hours but not a single detail can be edited even after 6 working days have passed. The profile is being maintained and controlled from the back end by the back end team. Why don’t I have the liberty to edit my profile as and how I want ? Next they are convincing me to go for Managerial Service which has all the benefits ! Is money earnt easily ? For you people it can be a single subscription but for many people it can be their hard earned money. Your service is pathetic ,and this is not a platform for match making but a lot platform to fool people ! I am planning to expose this other side of the business on social media on how ABP Wedding is just fooling middle class people with false information and hopes. ### 1/5 — Worst exp *2022-05-05* Worst experience with Abp wedding. I have taken membership many times. But Last time One guy from ABP wedding Name ARIJIT, called us and he has sold membership to me by Lying, He has given false promises. He told us false things and taken the money. I am the valuable customer of Abp wedding but after this Lie told by Arijit…. I will not take membership again. ### 1/5 — Completely Fraudulent Money making business *2021-10-13* Hi, Those who have installed or going to install this app- BEWARE!!! I cannot stress this enough. This is an app designed to prey on the desperation of people, especially Parents with single children of marriageable age. This is how they defraud you : Step 1: The management will first ask you to take a lower package. They will make you believe that you will get good connections in no time. You will get so excited you will readily pay a check of 16k. Step 2: Now a systematic oppression will start. After payment they will keep on stalling, no good matches will come up. Even after making your preferences clear, they will deliberately give you bad matches to make you very frustrated and believe that the package you have currently will cover only this much. Step 3: Taking advantage of desperation. They will keep on insisting on upgrading to a package of 50k, which according to them is a managerial package where some one will be assigned only to look after your case. But they will again send you bad matches, and stall saying “oh!! you don’t have good photos” even after sending 100 photos, they will find some way to say “this is not good. Trust us we are experts!!” Step 4: Down right demand more money. Now that you are nearing your completion of contract and no good matches have come, they will up the amount and say take the next upgrade. Even though they know very well there are no matches. Now you have become their cash cow. They know you are desperate and before you realise that you are being taken advantage of they will try to grab as much money as possible. Step 5: After you realise their game, they will just sideline you. In short, this app has ruined my self esteem and taken so much money that i cannot even calculate. The worst part is my parents are suffering from depression that these vultures preyed upon their trust and took the money. I don’t know why AppStore is allowing this app. They are straight up Fraudsters and Scammers!!!!! I will pray to God every day of my life, that these vultures get what they deserve!!! Shame on ABP for allowing this scam!!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Experience with the Matrimonial RM Service – Please Be Careful *2026-08-22* I strongly recommend that people think carefully before spending their time, money, and emotional energy on the RM service. After creating a profile, I was repeatedly contacted and made to feel that finding a suitable match was just around the corner. Initially, several profiles were shared through WhatsApp with the impression that they were highly suitable and that marriage could happen within a few weeks. However, after taking the RM service, my experience was completely different. I was told that only two profiles would be shared per week. Even those profiles frequently did not match the requirements we had clearly communicated. In some cases, profiles were kept on hold or did not receive any meaningful follow-up. For example, my son is 6’4” tall, yet profiles with a significant height mismatch were shared. This made me question how carefully the stated preferences were actually being considered. In one month, I received only around 8 profiles through the RM service, while I personally contacted nearly 100 profiles through the app without meaningful assistance from the RM. If the RM service is simply going to forward a couple of profiles every week, I fail to see the value in paying an additional service charge. After paying approximately ₹15,000 for three months of RM service, I was also encouraged to consider a premium/elite service costing around ₹30,000 for three months. I was additionally encouraged to consider newspaper advertising, involving another significant expense. What was most disappointing was the communication. There were occasions when calls and emails were not responded to promptly, and the overall experience with the RM was frustrating and, at times, discourteous. I am sharing this review so that others can make an informed decision before purchasing additional services. Please carefully understand what exactly is included in the service, what level of assistance you can realistically expect, and whether the profiles being offered genuinely match your requirements. For us, the experience has been extremely disappointing and did not justify the additional time, money, or expectations involved. ### 1/5 — Pathetic UI and worst Performance *2026-07-06* I have probably never used any application this pathetic. I am not gonna talk about the prospect searching part but just how frustrating it is to operate the app. After 11 pm suddenly the app doesn’t work and this happens everyday, the details page doesn’t let you keep options of your choice, back end it will automatically keep updating. Try hiring good devs to the team so that the user experience can be enhanced! ### 1/5 — Very poor quality app *2025-07-14* Extremely laggy UI, keeps loading every time, it's so much frustrating. And in terms of service, also it's extremely very bad, after taking the subscription they neither share the phone number nor allowed to send message in chat with the profiles directly without request acceptation. The best joke is that their subscription includes an advertisement in the Anandabazar Patrika, but you can find that with microscope. But they will fool you to take premium membership. I took membership and got a relationship manager assigned but it didn’t meet my expectations. In 6 months only 2 profiles they could interact and get the meeting fixed. Don’t waste your money. Previously they used to make false promises like 100% money back gurantee and all if we don’t get profiles for communication. But no use if taking membership as 2 profiles you can communicate without membership also. The AGENTS will call you millions of times to sale their membership packages, which are basically useless. If you don’t buy their services, you will be harassed and also they will edit your profile without your knowledge! Like my height is 5’4 and they changed it to 5’2, they even changed my education qualifications and astrological details! Just imagine their AUDACITY!! After that they will contact with you and come to your house just to brainwash you and take tons of money for subscriptions. I personally invested 1.5 lakhs just by trusting those people. And after they are done collecting money from you they will never ask for a feedback or will never help you out. And then you relationship manager will give you all the low profile and ask for more money by saying that if you want star and high quality profile you need to give more money… My relationship manager was Abhijit das . He was quite sincere for 1st 2 months and then he started being so reluctant that he didn’t share any information, we had to poke him every day regarding information, and surprisingly in 1 year of this subscription i only had conversation with 16 profiles that without getting any further response. They played with my emotions and my families emotions too. And wasted the hard earned money. Please don’t waste time on these. My personal experience is extremely bad. They make you mad by calling 3/4 times a day to take paid service and benefits. Once you pay money they will not provide any extra benefit. It is the same profile shown as unpaid service. But the executives try to convince people that some profiles are locked and can only be seen taking paid service. This is the biggest lie. Also their app is horrible. Tried uploading documents multiple times but failed without giving proper reason. I took the service for 8 to 9 months. A relationship manager was also Something Prosenjit Tagore. Nkw Results I paid close to one and a half lakh rupees in 8 to 9 months, the result ZERO ,there was nothing positive. In the month of October I was busy with some work, the relationship manager who was there did not discuss with me and said that I will renew the membership, called me but I could not pick up the phone, later when I spoke he told me to pay the money at the end of the month. After puja, everyone's situation is bad, it's up to the customer whether he will take the membership or not, once if u say that u will take the membership, if you don’t have the money on the last day of the month,you have to steal the money and lend it, most third class service.
