### 4/5 — ABQ311 Review

*2025-08-06*

System seems to work satisfactory. Identifying the location using google would make the system great.

### 4/5 — Bike Trail

*2023-09-14*

Still waiting for completion of the bike trail along Matthew. There is a bike trail that goes from Meadow View to fourth Street and is in need of repair. I reported it over a month ago no communication or update on status.

### 2/5 — 75% Fail

*2023-07-05*

Simple category options missing. Homeless Encampment for example. Too many issues such as Illegal signage on neighborhood utility poles, and dilapidated dangerous property being referred to Planning Dept. who do nothing, and are unresponsive by phone and e-mail. This whole process is in dire need of improvement.

### 4/5 — Great Way to Report

*2023-06-13*

Wish we could submit more than one pic… Haven’t been able to…?

### 4/5 — Nice link into the city of ABQ

*2021-02-16, version 5.8.4*

It woks most of the time.

### 1/5 — Review

*2020-03-20*

I’m not sure where are these reports go to that are placed on this 311 app. I get sent a confirmation that you Received the complaints or notices. But weeks and months go by with no changes to the issues. Is this resource a waste of public time and city money?

### 1/5 — City 311 seems does nothing on Tent camps

*2018-11-14, version 5.1.8*

City 311 seems does nothing on Tent camps ....no matter how many times you report the same issue & location.

### 1/5 — City never responds to issues so app is completely useless

*2018-09-20*

Don't waste your time installing this app. The city's computer will assign a number to your case, but you will never hear anything more again. Complete waste of time to use this app.

### 1/5 — Reporting

*2018-09-10, version 5.1.6*

Its useless. None of the reports I submit never get looked at or resolved.

### 1/5 — It has potential... maybe?

*2018-07-09*

It’s great that you can report issues but minutes after a report is created it gets a case number then it is closed. There is no investigation going on with any of the issues that have been reported. The was one in my neighborhood where a tree is blocking the view of a stop sigh. That was posted in September, now it’s July and no movement on it. Another example, someone reported a hurt dog in a yard and a month later there was still no response that anything had been resolved. They just open and close tickets as soon as they get them. So it looks real efficient if viewing “closed” tickets, it makes them feel they are solving problems. I would like to see stats on things they actually respond/investigate, if any at all.

### 1/5 — Unusable App

*2017-11-15*

Aside from the terrible customer service provided by the City of Albuquerque, this app has plenty of its own issues.

If I attempt to create a report or leave a comment, I get all the way to the end and get a “communication error” and then it loses EVERYTHING I had just input. I discovered I have to log out and log back in every time I come back to use the app. Deleting and re-installing works too, since it forces a new login. What a joke! How did the City not catch this?? Is there no QA/QC??

### 1/5 — Very unsuccessful

*2017-10-14*

Seems the ABQ city just wants to pass the buck and supposedly support technology when in reality when you submit a claim or complain they just send you a bogus reference number and shut the case after submitting instead of taking action. Very useless and no checking on the issues involved. They need to take action and see these complaints

### 3/5 — Good app but...

*2017-06-24, version 4.6.5*

I wish I could access pool, park, and library information through the app.

### 1/5 — No action is taken, but reports get closed anyway

*2017-05-25*

In theory, this app would be a useful resource for Albuquerque residents. Unfortunately, it is just a waste of time. Reports are filed and closed within minutes, regardless of anything being done to deem to issue taken care of. Frustrating to say the least.

### 4/5 — Needs work

*2016-08-25, version 4.6.5*

It's a start at least. This app works well on reporting trash, graffiti

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App is garbling text

*2025-09-25*

Since the 26 update the app completely garbles text. When I re-read my last post I thought I was having a stroke. Turns out the app is the problem. Needs to be updated.

### 1/5 — Weed and litter and recycling

*2024-09-05, version 5.17.0*

Weed and litter reports as well as recycling issues go unresolved, even after reporting to 311

### 1/5 — Nothing happens

*2024-06-29, version 5.15.0*

When a homeless camp of drug addicts is reported nothing happens

### 1/5 — 311 is a joke

*2023-03-29, version 5.8.5*

Close or pass on lies

### 1/5 — Inquiries closed without actually doing anything

*2023-02-21*

I thought this app would make it easier to communicate issues to the city. I requested a trash lid replacement twice and the case was marked as “solved” 2 hours after I posted it. No one from the city addressed this issue. Worthless app…don’t even bother downloading it!

### 1/5 — Junk

*2022-09-06*

The developers of this app simply didn’t think it through in terms of usability or making updates to the fields where users enter data. This app is junk and should be redesigned!!!

### 1/5 — Nothing happens

*2020-11-18, version 5.7.0*

The city doesn’t even respond to complaints in here

### 1/5 — This is awful

*2020-09-20, version 5.7.0*

Click fix will not allow you to sign in making this app useless.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2020-06-26*

This is the most worthless app I have ever seen. It deserves negative five stars. The city website says to use this useless app to report illegal fireworks. To report the fireworks in the app you’re just taken to the useless form on the city website. You could just go there instead of downloading this stupid app. But, once the form is filled out, it says the report is closed. So the report closes without anyone ever looking into it? The same people have been lighting these very loud illegal fireworks every night for weeks but there’s no point in reporting them since nothing will be done about it just like all the other crap that goes on in this city that nothing is done about. Seems like this app was created just to make Albuquerque residents think the city is taking action but the city has no intentions of actually doing anything. You’d think the illegal fireworks reporting would be improved especially because of the fiasco the mayor faced with all the unresolved illegal fireworks reports that piled up in the past after he told city residents to report them. Looks like this is just another way for the mayor to avoid doing his job.

### 1/5 — Do they really do anything?

*2020-06-05*

Every time I report something they say whatever so they can close it. You are here for us to report issues to you and I don’t need any kind of number, you should be contacting the appropriate people. Or it defeats the whole purpose of your system. I think 311 needs an investigation. I hope you’re shutting down these garage sales going on around the city during the covid so there won’t be mass gatherings!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Needs updating

*2025-10-07*

Incompatible with Apple iOS 26. Garbles text input.

### 5/5 — Graffiti

*2025-03-11*

I use this app mainly to report graffiti. The city anti graffiti dept ALWAYS responds in record time-I always see the graffiti gone the next day.

### 5/5 — Standing Ovation

*2024-03-11*

311, inspite of all the “Stuff” in and around the “International District” or (war zone)- Y’all have performed exceptionally!! I have lived in this Barrio for over 40 years. I am impressed with 311. I have been on 311 Website Abq for several years and YOU get the job done, you’re not perfect and neither are your fiercest critics. Keep up the good work and Kudos!!!

### 5/5 — Versatile/Comprehensive

*2021-04-02*

I like that the City has included a City Jobs tab in the main menu. I’ve been job seeking and for mobile, this app is a much better experience than in a web browser on my phone. I like how many different features are included in this single app.

### 5/5 — Missed garage report has no results

*2019-08-09*

Missed pick up on Thursday. It was reported. No pickup on Friday. This is 4th missed pickup this year, the second double missed pickup. Apparently nobody is monitoring the missed pickup reports.

### 5/5 — Easy & convenient

*2015-05-03, version 4.5.0*

Very user friendly. I can quickly select from drop down menus the issue I am reporting. Things such as graffiti to abandoned furniture to problems with city employees. I get an email confirming receipt of the submission by me, another email stating someone received it, and when it's resolved. I feel like the city actually wants to hear about everything. Big to small. Thanks!!

### 5/5 — Convenient

*2015-01-04, version 4.5.0*

It would be helpful if requests weren't listed under "issue". The first use was a little confusing then I played around with the options & figured things out. Overall a very useful & convenient app

### 5/5 — Works great and the City (usually) acts

*2014-07-15, version 4.1.1*

No gripes at all about the app. Naturally I'd like the city to respond to every single one of my very valid reports, but 60% is good.

### 5/5 — Que pasa

*2014-02-11, version 3.4.2*

Muchos nachasolos

### 5/5 — Great App

*2014-01-04, version 3.4.0*

Extremely easy, helpful, and user friendly!
