Useless; what is the point? Every time… “No trips found”. I can’t get a ride to or from any of the designated areas…Worthless!

If you’re getting it for the reason I’d assume 90% are, for help with route directions, it told me no trip found when I’m at uptown station trying to get to a place near central - the only street that  has sufficient service in this city.
