Most of the time I can not even see my balance and there is a standard error message that one should call. This is not addressed since several years now. Even worse for the credit card than it is for the debit, here the balance is usually shown as zero and you risk a late payment report plus a fee. Sometimes even the website takes a few tries to get my transaction history loaded. Ridiculous online banking system. Chose a smaller bank and sacrificed Zelle not being built in, customer service is only open business hours/days, which I accepted. But come on, online banking isn’t even reliable? Very frustrating.
