I like this workout a lot. Easy to follow and works your abs more than you realize. The only problem I have is trying to restart the workout to day 1 after not using it for a year. It just picks up where I left off 12 months ago. How can I start over?

I have been using the app for awhile now and it works fine. You get one workout just by downloading it and the rest for a one time purchase of like 2 dollars it’s not bad. 

   The only thing though is that whenever I try to do the spartan work out it crashes on the second to last workout and it doesn’t count to your tracker.   
 
  But all in all it is a good and simple workout app.

Just what I needed.  Simple, easy to follow instructions.  You are able to get a great ab workout, just in the first stage, when you are ready to crank it up, you can keep moving up and up to the next workouts.

Each workout definitely gets you ready for the next.  I can see the RESULTS!!!
