## What is Abs Tracker?

A simple routine tool to keep you on track to acquire Six Pack Abs

What we do different from other workout apps 
- No SignUp
- straight to the workout

The app will notify you daily to execute a simple plank workout by default set for 8pm. 
Don’t let anything stop you from completing the goal.

You will gain the mental and physical fortitude to maintain a plank for 15 minutes uninterrupted.
