Too many issues and when you take it up with Absa, they just give you random excuses like “your phone is not compatible” or “try using mobile banking instead”… now the app is not working at all ### 5/5 — Getting Better and Better *2023-01-18* Features such as QR withdrawal are welcome. The UI needs a slight tweak but overall the app is one of the best of the banks in Zambia! ### 1/5 — APP CRASH *2022-10-25* Every other transaction has an app crash. How is this helping with mobile banking. The app keeps resetting itself. Shows Invalid requests. A simple transaction like mobile money has to fail after multiple attempts? Work on your app!!! ### 1/5 — Online banking not working *2021-11-02* It’s so annoying that i can’t access my own account for months now. Poor management in Zambia ### 2/5 — Revise the update *2021-10-02* The previous versions have been working well until the latest update. The app crashes as soon as it starts. Tried to delete and reinstall but to no avail. Please squash the bug. ### 2/5 — Freezes *2021-06-01* This App frequently freezes before you get to the login stage. This has been happening ever since the App was launched or at least since I started using it. Each time it freezes I am forced to delete it and load fresh from App Store. ### 3/5 — Biometric Login needs work *2020-03-28* The app generally works well about 70% of time. It has a great fresh new look but the biometric login is a pain. It constantly resets itself after having it set up and keeps asking you to set it up again. I hope they can work on that. ### 1/5 — App performance *2020-03-16* Am an engineer but I can’t believer how the performance of this app has suddenly deteriorated within days of changing names. I carried out an international transfer and it says successful but the transaction does not materialise nor even reflect on the transaction activities. It shows the bugging system is poor and no one seems to be reviewing these internally. This is a shame in this day and age of technology. The mobile wallets always give an error but deduct the money without the corresponding wallet being credited. There is no system to reverse these failed transactions; unbelievable ### 1/5 — App still needs work *2020-03-03* The App still needs work to stabilize it. A number of functions like bill payment, airtime purchase and mobile ewallet never work more than half of the time. The biometric login is a pain. Gets disabled on its on all the time. I hope the app was not rushed but bug fix isn’t responding to this issues. Where is quality control? ### 2/5 — Wonderful End-user Experience *2020-02-22* Love the new look, feels great and easy to use except I have been having issues with fingerprint login even after deleting and re-installing the app three times I can't seem to get it to work on my iOS 10, iPhone 6+. Been trying to contact customer care about it by email but to no avail.
