Attendance fixes and stability improvements.

• Fixed an issue where some employees were incorrectly shown "You don't have permission to check-in" and were blocked from marking attendance.
• Fixed a slow first launch where the app could sit on a blank screen after install.
• Login errors now appear immediately instead of requiring a second tap.
• Corrected the login screen layout so the sign-in options are no longer cut off.
