Trying to creat an account but when i enter the policy and last name says there is already an account (which there should not) there is no help option either.

App was working fine when first installed.  However it stopped working a few days later.  I uninstalled and reinstalled and also restarted the phone but app still doesn’t work.  It opens up but as soon as I click on any option from the menu it shuts off.
