What happened? Why i cannot redeem my points? So disappointed.. it shows that it will take only 1 week due to maintenance, but now i checked its almost 2 weeks..

This is a total mess I’m really disappointed with this application I lost all my points after the update and had to create another account and it was a struggle .Everything I had saved my daily routine all lost.

I downloaded it and it took me like 10mins for it to confirm my password and it wasn’t letting me put my date of birth and it asked me to put my emirates id which I know you don’t need to put that for a fitness app. My school told me to download this app and it’s horrible!😠

Also why i should add my workout manually ! Please take access and connect to fitness app from iPhone.
