No logical reason for that to fix the problem other than due to a mistake by the app developer. I received my shared ticket by email but it’s not showing in the app (logged in with same email address). Contact support and they say their agents aren’t available after 6pm. They lost it during sharing and no one can do nothing with it. Support is completely mess - they cannot do anything and don't answer do days. Want my money back for all inclusion an concerts. I paid for all concerts and have not access to the tickets. If you do such a system for such expensive experience you have to hire a qualified programmers for application and tickets system. It's awful now. I have been to every F1 in Abu Dhabi and never experienced anything like this. If I have a race ticket then I should be able to show it and enter the concert but apparently it won’t work like this.
