Now when I walk out I don’t know which taxi to take and the drivers are fighting.! Can you sort this issue out. ### 2/5 — App Needs an Upgrade *2024-10-10, version 3.9* Poor App interface. Everything should be done on the app. Why does the app not sent accurate location with landmarks shown on a map? Each time I use the app, I need to call the driver to give accurate directions because the app also doesn’t provide them with a clear pick-up point. The map picture isn’t very clear, and the live location of the driver takes longer than other car-hailing apps to update. However, the the search for an available taxi is too slow. The app doesn’t give you the option to leave a feedback about your ride. The smell of some taxis I have been in was horrible. To get a taxi I have to delete the app and download it again every single time. After each journey, after I have paid my journey stays on the app. I cannot book another taxi. I have to reboot my phone to clear the data that is stuck on the app. I have given feedback to AD Taxi and they say the job is stuck and they clear it but it doesn’t clear from my screen so I need to reboot again. I have tried deleting the app and installing it again but it is still the same. Today, I was trying to book a taxi from my city center Masdar (which does not even come up in your app as a location). The app was just spinning and spinning not giving me a driver. The information desk at my city center Masdar was kind enough to call me a taxi. While your app was spinning and spinning not giving me a driver. I then hit cancel on your app and it would not let me cancel. I closed the app and then two drivers show up.
