Order through this app - and send me the worst food , no way to get help or refund

Food is amazing here…but this app is terrible, its more expensive than their signs on the food truck and when i order they never see the order or get the order before I’m there, no point in ordering on the app if they’re going to start making the food when i get there.

The app has room for improvement. The California locations are really really delicious. And for the price, you can’t get any better. Unfortunately the app doesn’t connect to my phone number in store in order to gain points. I can only order online. Aside from that this can be amazing.

Food is great! but is the app that has an error big time I wasn’t able to order my food bc I does not accept one salad but “  +14 to 99 SALADS” I just order my husbands which wasn’t a salad (rice wBeef) and a coke…. Ridiculous 
And when you try to talk with the poor guy at the truck obviously he don’t know nothing abt it he only gets more confused. Fix “salad with lamb” I can only eat one no plus 14 plates of your delicious salad!
It became very inconvenient at the moment, sorry

Food is good. Have to make that clear first. The App was good up until recently, it’s not accepting apple pay nor card info. Try 3 different banks card I have and kept telling me error when trying to place order. Please look into this problem ASAP. I tried to order food for the past 3 days and no fix.
