Abundelicious is a coaching service that has been helping people feel better with realistic and meaningful self care routines for over 10 years. We provide one-on-one support with customized programs for clients who want to have a more empowering relationship with eating.  
We don’t do diets here. We provide our clients with a mindful eating tool-kit and the framework for reaching their wellness goals and stay there through our HIPAA compliant app.
