## What is ABUS cMAP?

### 4/5 — 650 A kann nicht mit App verbunden werden

Wenn ich die Karte von meinem Abus Smart X 650 A scanne wird angezeigt, dass das Schloss nicht kompatibel ist. Ich hoffe das dieses Problem schnellstmöglich behoben wird. Wenn das Problem behoben ist oder sich Abus bei mir meldet, dann vergebe ich auch 4 oder 5 Sterne und ändere meine Bewertung. Bei dem Preis sollte man ja erwarten, dass das eigentlich funktionieren sollte. 
 
Edit: Das lag daran, dass die falsche App in der alten Smart X App „verlinkt“ war. Ihr müsst die Abus One App runterladen wenn ihr ein Smart X Fahrradschloss habt.
Ich kann jetzt schlecht beurteilen wir gut die App hier ist, da ich sie ja jetzt nicht brauche und sie wieder gelöscht habe.

Ich habe in meiner Fahrradschloss-App ständig die Aufforderung zum Migrieren bekommen. Hab‘s gemacht und anschließend meine Alex-Card raus gesucht. Um dann festzustellen, dass mein Schloss und diese App nicht kompatibel sind. Was passiert nun mit meinen Daten?

Bisher nutze ich die Smart X App. Mit den Zugangsdaten kann ich mich jedoch nicht in der cMAP App anmelden. Wenn ich den Link „Passwort vergessen“ folge, erhalte ich keine E-Mail. Zugriff auf die Abus Community Seite hat man ebenfalls nicht, da der Server nicht antwortet…
Ich sehe mich schon vor einem verschlossenem Schloss stehen welches sich per App nicht mehr öffnen lässt. (Wäre ja nicht das erste Mal…)

**Developer response:** Hallo, es tut mir leid, dass du das durchmachen musstest. Aber du benutzt die falsche Anwendung. Die cMap ist für dein Schloss nicht verfügbar. Du musst dich in der ABUS One App registrieren und kannst dich dann in der App mit unseren Schlössern verbinden.
