Da es relativ lange dauert bis man das Handy rausgekrammt hat, dann dann Schloss in der App auswählt, es dann verbunden ist und man dann endlich die Tür öffnen kann würde ich empfehlen doch eine Funktion zu schaffen das man das öffnen/schließen von einer Apple Watch ausführen kann und / oder einen Widget schafft den man direkt hinterlegen am Home Bildschirm um die Tür zu öffnen/schließen. ### 3/5 — Fonctionnel mais incomplet *2024-02-09* Bet réalisant une maquette spécifique avec plus de 50 utilisateurs je constate que - La recherche dans la liste de contacts ne fonctionne pas - La mise à jour des fiches utilisateurs est IMPOSSIBLE : il faut la supprimer et la refaire !! - La passerelle wifi commandée n’arrive pas et ABUS FRANCE m’a informé d’un nouveau hardware pour février : Quand exactement - Documentation technique très /trop légère Merci de corriger car le produit est sans équivalent et très utile pour la gestion d’accès de locaux d’immeubles À vous lire ### 3/5 — App unbrauchbar *2024-01-04* Nach starten der App akzeptieren der Datenschutzbestimmungen hängt die App sich auf ! Wie kann das ? App muß gelöscht und neu installiert werden und neuen Benutzer mit neuem Passwort vergeben werden Türschilds muß neu angelernt werden und dann der doppelte Benutzername im Türschloss gelöscht werden ! Was noch dringend fehlt ist die Verwirklichung der Einbindung der Apple Watch und von HomeKit. Nochmalige Nachfrage nach langem Warten: Ist die Funktion über die Apple Watch von Ihnen grundsätzlich geplant? Bei nein werde ich auf ein moderneres System eines anderen Herstellers umsteigen. ### 3/5 — ausbaufähig *2023-03-27* Ich besitze das HomeTec pro sowie einen Finger-Scan und eine Bridge. Leider funktioniert die Bridge nicht einwandfrei und scheint jetzt schon defekt. Fingerscan funktioniert einwandfrei. Die App an sich ist ausbaufähig. Zum Beispiel fehlt eine Watch-Anbindung und/oder die Home-Anbindung. Außerdem fände ich es für eine moderne App angebracht, dass eine automatische Verriegelung mehrfach zu programmieren wäre; z. B. nicht nur zur Nachtzeit sondern auch morgens, wenn alle das Haus verlassen haben und man sichergehen will, dass die Türe versperrt ist. Auch die App funktioniert einwandfrei, auch wenn mehrere Benutzer die App offen haben (haben manche Mitbewerber schon Probleme). Was mich stört ist das fehlen der Appel Watch wieso kann man diese nicht mit einbinden. Sonst Top! Die App für die Apple Watch wäre perfekt, um auch während der Heimreise im Auto über einen Fingertipp die Haustür öffnen zu können, da der reguläre Weg über die iPhone App sehr träge reagiert.
