### 5/5 — Deutliche Verbesserung

Die neue App ist deutlich besser als die alte. Übersichtlicher und es funktioniert alles besser. Es wäre nur schön, wenn man die Kalibrierfunktion deaktivieren kann da ich das Schloss an einer Fluchttüre montiert habe und es so immer wieder kalibriert werden muss.

### 2/5 — Easy Access nachbessern

Wir haben ein ABUS CYLOX One und sind mit den Funktionsumfang sehr zufrieden, leider gibt immer wieder Probleme mit dem Easy Access. Verwendet wird die ABUS One App nur mit aktuellen iPhones (15 Pro Max und 16 Pro Max) und aktuellen iOS, aber es passiert mindestens 2x die Woche, dass man sich nicht auf die App verlassen kann. Die App ist im Hintergrund noch offen, aber es kommt so vor als würde sie hängen, wenn man die App dann mit Force Close schließt und wieder minimiert, dann funktioniert es wieder ein paar Tage. Allgemein aber eher nervig. Das können dann andere Hersteller besser, aber ich gehe mal davon aus, dass es hier an der Architektur liegt, die Verbindung mit Bluetooth und App im Hintergrund ist wahrscheinlich einfach nicht optimal. Als Hersteller sollte man sowas aber ausgiebig testen, bevor man das auf dem Markt bringt.

Update: auch heute funktioniert easy Access nur in ca 50% der Fälle ohne Probleme. Ich habe auch bereits mit dem Support geschrieben, aber das hat auch keine Verbesserung gebracht.

### 4/5 — Guter Ansatz mit Potential zu Optimierung

Die Idee ist gut aber ein paar Details müssen zumindest für meine persönliche Erfahrung noch geschliffen werden. 

Nach Aktivierung des Schlosses dauert es einen Augenblick bis die App es mitbekommen hat und man es mit der App öffnen kann, Oft bin ich dann nicht schnell genug bis das Schloss sich wieder deaktiviert - nervig. Idee: Funktion zur Öffnung in App unabhängig vom Schloss ermöglichen, so dass es sofort öffnet wenn es aktiviert wird.

The app has bugs and no longer recognizes my iPhone, meaning my ABUS Bordo SmartX 6500A/110 RC lock won’t open, even with their remote control device. Since their customer service is inefficient and unresponsive, I have no choice but to have a professional cut the lock. This is incredibly disappointing, especially considering I paid 300 euros for it, and it’s clearly an issue with the app. NEVER AGAIN, ABUS.

Pretty regularly, after the lock is locked on your bike, it just decides it won’t connect anymore. You spend about 20 mins uninstalling and reinstalling and eventually it will start to work again. But for locks at this price? Totally underwhelming- I would not recommend an abus Bluetooth system to anybody.

Wenn ich ins Wohnzimmer gehe bin ich relativ nah an der Tür (ca. 4-6m entfernt) und dann bekomme ich jeder Minute eine Benachrichtigung der App, dass ich mit ABUS Hometec Pro .. verbunden bin. 
Also ich finde es schlecht das ich wenn ich in der Nähe des Gerätes bin ich jede Minute eine Benachrichtigung bekommen. Ich finde es An sich gut das ich weiß das ich verbunden bin, aber ich fände es besser wenn man einmal eine Nachricht bekommt wenn man verbunden ist und einmal eine Nachricht bekommt wenn man nicht mehr verbunden ist

### 4/5 — Gute App, leicht zu bedienen

Ich finde die App echt gut und auch übersichtlich. Die Push-Benachrichtigung muss man allerdings ausschalten, ansonsten vibriert das Handy ständig wenn man in die Nähe der Tür kommt. 
Was wirklich noch hilfreich wäre, dass man verschiedene Verschlusszeiten an den Wochentagen einstellen könnte. Samstags und sonntags ist man eben anders zu Hausen als am Wochenende. 

Zu der Rückfrage:
Also man kann beim Loxeris eine Verschlusszeit einstellen, wann das Schloss alle 5min prüft ob das Schloss zu ist. Leider aber nicht abhängig des Wochentages sondern immer nur generell für jeden Tag. Ist das verständlicher?

Große Verbesserung im Vergleich zur Vorläufer – App, deutlich verbesserte Funktionalität, endlich auch Smartwatch – kompatibel. Nur das umziehen aus der alten App ist etwas lästig, da alle Komponenten neu angelernt werden müssen.

Auf dieses Feature hab ich so lange gewartet. Die Schlösser lassen sich nun mit der smart Watch bedienen. Warum man allerdings Zubehör wie z.B. die Bridge nicht mit einbinden kann ist schade. Somit benötigt man zwei Apps. Alles in allem macht die App aber einen guten Eindruck. Mal sehen wie stabil sie auf Dauer läuft.
