I am returning the scale ### 1/5 — Downgrade, Not Upgrade! *2022-04-23, version 2.0.1* I was so happy with the original Abyon scale & app. It was clear, accurate, and matched my doctor's scale info. I'm now unable to use the scale at all because the information on the "new" app is completely inaccurate in EVERY area! My expensive Abyon scale is now useless, except for weight alone--and that's now why I spent the money for this scale. Basically we should just throw the scale out because we lost everything anyway with their “upgrade”. Scales reads KG and App reads in pounds.. Do not waste your money ### 1/5 — Why fix something that was never broken?? *2022-04-04, version 2.0.1* I’ve been having the original app and scale for a couple years now and last year I got really into health and fitness so this app really helped in keeping track of my fitness goals and everything but now with this new app I can’t login to my account and when I try to click “forget password” it takes me to a place where I need a “verification code” but none was ever given to me then I have to put in my old password in order to get my old password??? If I knew my password I wouldn’t have any need for the “forget password” toggle now would I? That’s insane that all that progress I had saved is now gone forever. Now you can’t use your old sign in and all of your previous information is lost. My biggest issue is that some of the things you have to allow on your phone is actually not even in english. I don’t know what I’m allowing or not allowing. I deleted ASAP and will be purchasing a new scale of a different brand. ### 1/5 — Useless after “upgrade” *2024-07-31* I got a new phone and due to tech issues I had to reinstall all my apps. This scale worked perfectly before the “upgrade” but now it’s absolutely useless. It won’t even let me log in. I am a personal trainer and have client data stored that I cannot even retrieve. I’m just going to have to trash the whole scale and start over with a new one. I had not used it in a while and the app was “offloaded”, when I tap to redownload, it upgraded to this application. My old application worked just fine, and I’m completely livid that I have a scale that will not work for the features I purchased it for. It doesn’t allow me to use my old sign in info, nor did it allow me to register as a new member—just a complete waste! If I could rate 0 star I would. I tried contacting and they didn’t get what I was saying. My phone crashed (iPhone 12) and was repaired by apple. Once I got my phone back up and running, I cannot log back into the app and I cannot register as a new user. I really liked the app and all the data it stored, but now I’ll have to find a replacement.
