Could someone please fix the bugs, I really like this game

Problems

This game was totally enjoyable, I’ve been playing for about 25 days, but needs lots of work and updates. Now it won’t let me on. I had gotten my Castle up to Level 17, #2 on the duals list. If they can get it working with updates they could make some money. So many people have dropped, because of the lack of response from the developers. They give out to many hero’s, but not enough ascension items.
