Alpha Coach pairs you with one of our fitness coaches and gets you going on your life-changing journey. Your Coach will create a completely customized program that’s built around you and your lifestyle.

Alpha Coach seamlessly integrates with your Fitbit and Apple Watch for workouts, activity, sleep and helps map and monitor your entire progress conveniently.

Your Coach will create everything based on your lifestyle, your fitness levels, and goals: so whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainee, we’ve got you covered.  Your nutrition is also built around your food preferences, while daily habits are provided to help you improve your lifestyle in the long run.

COACH ACCESS

You’ll always have your coach at hand, feel free to text them and ask them for support and advice.

ALL-ROUND TRACKING

Your wearable device, coupled with your training, nutrition, and habits logs, helps your coach keep a close watch on your progress. The app integrates with the Apple Health app to get your health data from wearable devices like Apple Watch, Fitbit trackers, etc.

The biggest value driver (and that one leads to the best results) is our Weekly Check-Ins & the Coach feedback!  Your check-ins maximize your ability to transform and helps you gain the most from the coaching process of the journey! We want you to tell us what went well, what didn't and as well as that, all the information is on the app too.

In any situation you’re in, your Coach can help you out!

Traveling? They’ll design workouts for your hotel room. And give you other food options. Can’t make it to the gym? They’ll create workouts for you to do at home. Missed a workout? No worries, do it another day. Busy days? Split your training into 20 min slots.
