Funcionou por um tempo em outro app. Depois parou de funcionar, migrei pra esse e só configura a experiência virtual mas meu aparelho msmo não consegue adicionar. Uma pena. Elgin, nunca mais.

Terrível. Você vai encontrar no mínimo 3 aplicativos da Elgin para controle do ar condicionado: AC Freedom, Elgin Air, AC Elgin… nenhum deles te proporciona o BÁSICO, que é iniciar a conectividade do aparelho com o Wi-Fi… os passos do manual são diferentes das orientações DOS aplicativos e, de qualquer forma que você tente, não consegue que o aparelho conecte-se a rede Wi-Fi 

Comprei 2 aparelhos novos, apenas 1 deles, com esforço, consegui conectar, o outro fui obrigado a desistir

Que situação frustrante essa integração Wi-Fi da elgin, o app fica só na tal da experiência virtual, mostra “configurações atualizadas” ao tentar conectar um dispositivo e nada acontece, simplesmente não funciona! Que arrependimento de ter escolhido essa marca, a casa toda automatizada e agora tenho 2 ar que funcionam somente no controle 😅

Tentei nos 8 ares de casa todos possuem o Wifi e em nenhum conseguiu conectar, a Wifi é ativada pois aparece um aparelho novo na busca de Wifi, mas só fina nisso, tentei em 3 aparelhos celulares diferentes…
