How can app be this bad in 2023. It doesn't know if ybe lights on off, fan on/off speed. Has no integration with anything like alexa google or sir.

I used the switch to turn on light and within 5 seconds tapped the Bluetooth button and it won’t connect. Tried multiple times on both fans. Doesn’t work.

Click on the Bluetooth tab on their app within 5 seconds of turning light switch on (not from the remote button). It took me a few minutes to figure this out. It adds the ability to fade light as well as other bonus features.

It seems people maybe don’t know how to connect it. I turned the switch off for a couple seconds, turned it back on, and then clicked the Bluetooth button in the app. It worked right away. 

So far the app works great with the fan. I do wish there was an option to turn off the “beep”.

App works well. I was really confused initially I kept turning off my fan with the remote and holding down the setup buttton nothing was happening. Once I learned how to sync the fan it was so smooth. 

Turn of the fan with the light switch
Turn light back on
Press the Bluetooth button in app
Light will flash a few times then it’s synced 
Done

A lot of reviews don’t understand how to connect the Bluetooth which is understandable as it’s a bit strange.

You actually have to go turn off the light through the light switch not the remote.

Then turn it back on and within 5 seconds click the Bluetooth button on the phone device. 

(If you don’t know what button click on the left panel and look at instructions, it will show a picture of the button)

I hope this is helpful. 

Also! Please make a silent mode, the beep is loud and annoying when clicking the option.

Keine Ahnung warum es mehrere Versuche brauchte aber jetzt funktioniert es tatsächlich.
Ein Fehler von mir war zumindest nach Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer der Lampe aufgeklärt. Die Programmierung funktioniert nämlich nur bei Initialschaltung über den Wandschalter und nicht über die Fernbedienung.
Einzig die letzte Einstellung bleibt nicht erhalten und daher ziehe ich einen Stern ab.
