Requires WiFi to be at 2.5 ghz. Seriously, this is the most complicated app for appliances I have ever used. When trying to install and moving on to the next step, it blocks you for 20 seconds so you read every step for every model. Because every remote is different with different buttons. There are so many hoops you need to jump through. I am a fairly technical person so I understood it, but a layman would have no chance.
