The new thing I hate is the fact that the feedback/complaint form in the app doesn't work anymore. So this is now the only way to complain. I am sick of the 57 and NL buses randomly getting cancelled. Is AC Transit going to refund me for the expensive Uber ride home because they can't keep to their own schedule?

Poorly designed app. Only reflects nightly bus service on an hourly basis resulting in not knowing about cancellation until when you are ready to catch the bus.

when i try to check on how long it'll take for any bus to get to a stop it says no buses are coming 90% of the time. i don'k know why we had to switch from an app that worked to this

Somehow, the new app is actually a bit worse than the old one was. Sure, they've updated the UX so that this app looks better. Functionally, though, it's bad. For instance, I recall that, on the old app, the favorites view would filter by your location. This meant that you'd see your nearest favorite lines. The new app has no filters on the favorites view at all, so you could be scrolling endlessly to find the bus you need. In general, the geolocation on the new app seems to be really bad.

I just moved to a new area and it’s so complicated to figure out how to get around in multiple bus lines because I can’t see the bus route. If I could see the route the line takes it would be so easy to plan but it just shows the stops like if EVERYONE knows every street by name

Nobody will let you down right when you need them like AC Transit Mobile. Half the time tells you that there are no buses or stops nearby, even when you’re standing at one. Just refuses to show anything other than a blank screen the other half of the time. You’re better off using a timetable.

One job! Why can’t I see which Santa Clara stop on the o line. The schedule doesn’t lets me expand or click in

I like how the AC Transit app shows you a live map of where your bus is, shows how many minutes until it gets to your stop, and even showing if the bus is full!
