We are still not able to get the cameras hooked up to our phones using this app - no app support, no instructions or trouble shooting - will be sending everything back and use a more reliable app provider!

Cannot scan the camera’s QR code and manual input is impossible due to the required information is not provided by the camera manufacturer. When will this app be fixed?!! Totally useless…not one camera can be set up using this app. Appsolutely useless!!

This app cannot use the focus function on my iPhone 14 and therefor will not add my device.  Selecting “Add it Manuallly” also does not work because it is asking for a number that is not printed on the camera or box.

Instructions need to be in English!   Not impressed with these cameras at all.  No support.  Date and time is always off.  Can change but goes back to the wrong date and time.  Catches some activity and not some.  Very frustrating!

This tool is also needed for devices used in other countries. The features of proposed App updates are only listed in Chinese - I have no idea what I will get when I risk an update. And feature-wise: Whenever I open a view I have to select Scale again in order not to see a distorted image. Please make the Scale choice persistent!

This app is quite basic, its a bit annoying if you want to avoid creating an account. It has a hotspot mode but it doesn't save the cameras in the app so whenever you open it has to search the lan for cameras and you have to enter the username and password. By the time you get into the screen with the button to speak via the camera, the person has already left. It would be good if it saved the credentials for the cameras and if there was an option to go straight to hotspot mode when starting the app, bypass the login screen.
I tried making an account to save the camera details but it requires that your cameras have P2P mode enabled. You can’t add cameras from the LAN. Deal breaker.
