The app wouldn’t allow me to log in on my tablet.  I even went to my computer, logged in, changed my password, retried on my tablet, was not successful.

I usually don’t leave reviews on apps but I have to say how incredibly surprised I’ve been with how many workouts ACAC on demand has on their app. Great for all levels, offer several timed workouts if you want something quick, and they offer plenty of variety. I’m a pretty consistent user of Nike Training but I’ve started using ACAC on demand more. 

I definitely plan on keeping my on demand membership with ACAC even after moving since I have both the in person and on demand membership ~ highly recommend!!

I love the variety of classes provided. I also love the live-stream classes that I can also view later if I can’t join live.

Every time I see the app on my Home Screen I feel ..”oh oh better work out today”. The classes are great and good quality. There is lots of variety to suit every need and every occasion.

I have done some of the Les Mills classes, which are always excellent.

Is their Body step class available too? If so, how do I access it.

I particularly like Kyles’s flow for flexibility and the CX Works classes.

Also, I thoroughly love Teresa’s Choreo step class.
This round of on demand classes is so superior to the first round. The audio has improved 95%. We can actually hear the instructor and the music,
