I have been wanting to track my health lately. With coronavirus I have found that I fluctuate a lot with the amount of water I’m drinking and the number of hours I am sleeping. I wanted an app to use to help me be more accountable with how I’m treating my body. This app is super user friendly and is very well done. I am so happy with this download!!!!!
