      broken-image state after scrolling past and back to them
    - Fix comment composer being covered by the on-screen keyboard on

      (RenderBox cast failure from the app bar's sliver context)
    - Fix URLs in post/comment text picking up trailing punctuation

    - fix(institution): encrypt stored portal keys and stop silently
      discarding failed profile/fee-transaction writes.
    - fix(exam-timetable): scope cached exams by institution, fixing
      exams getting mixed up for students linked to more than one
      institution.
    - feat(exam-timetable): add an institution switcher so students
      linked to multiple institutions can change which timetable
      they're viewing without leaving the screen.
    - feat(exam-timetable): notify students when their exams are due,
      with reminders a day before, 3 hours before, 30 minutes before,
      and at start time.

     - chore(exam-timetable): Updates the exam timetable schemas for stability

Fixes and changes:
    - todos: sort tasklists by most recently modified, so adding an
      item bumps its list to the front of the header tab bar.
    - todos: stop completed tasks from showing due-date/priority
      indicators that made them look urgent, and regroup the todos screen
      into active/completed cards.
    - notifications: wire up the "View To-do" and "Mark Done" todo
      notification action buttons, which previously did nothing.
