Looking forward to deleting it when my child matriculates and sending my other child to a school that doesn’t use this app, that’s how bad it is! ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2025-01-11, version 29.1* It is unfortunate that schools are keeping this app that is not user friendly, or schools or the developer are profiting and forcing parents with this app. It is unbelievable that an app cannot have multiple students enrolled or signed in at the same time. So if you have three kids then you have to log out and log in with each student’s different credentials. Therefore you can’t even submit an issue from the app or download reports. I submitted the details and provided screenshots of the issue. I received a response the same day that the dev didn’t see the same issue on their side and therefore closed the request. Never mind the fact that a parent can’t get the information needed or interact with the school via this platform. Just a well we don’t see it so we are closing this call?
