Please include English Translations on Jacopo Mercuro’s recipes! **Developer response:** Thank you so much JFC for your feedback! We are currently updating the app to populate the international version with the new English content already available on our website. This is an ongoing process that will be completed shortly. Stay tuned for the upcoming updates, which will resolve the technical issues and bring the latest course offerings directly to your app! ### 3/5 — English Translation is great, but App needs to be updated *2026-04-22, version 2.8.19* I love using this app with audio translation for easier English use, but the recipe section and search feature are non-functional and the current course offerings are outdated compared to the website directly. ### 1/5 — Gestione illecita dell’annullamento *2025-11-25, version 2.8.17* Non è possibile annullare l’abbonamento in autonomia dalla piattaforma (né web né iOS), nonostante sia indicato chiaramente il contrario! Se eliminate il metodo di pagamento questo viene comunque salvato e usato per il rinnovo! Mi sembrano due motivi sufficienti per rendere il servizio ai limiti della legalità. Dopo segnalazione restituiscono solo il 90%. La competenza degli chef é di un livello incredibile. L’app non aggiunge quasi nulla a quella che può essere una playlist su YouTube. Molti corsi non sono più approfonditi di un blog gratuito che potete trovare online. La questione rinnovo é sufficiente per sconsigliare l’acquisto, ma anche senza quel problema non vale la pena di acquistare l’abbonamento. ### 5/5 — Molto utile *2025-11-16, version 2.8.17* È una piattaforma molto utile dove si imparano tantissime cose, non solo ricette ma anche parti tecniche della cucina. Ci sono molti chef rinomati e le lezioni sono spiegate molto bene e sono chiare. Ci sono ricette per tutti i tipi di cucina dalle più semplici a quelle più elaborate. Un corso molto interessante. L’abbonamento non includeva tutti i contenuti del sito, ma solo una parte. Ad ogni modo ad un anno di distanza, senza alcun preavviso, é stato eseguito il rinnovo dell’abbonamento a 99 euro. É stato comunicato tramite email una volta avvenuto, senza alcun preavviso di rinnovo. Peraltro, l’abbonamento é nascosto e non visibile dall’app. Solo alla ricezione della mail di rinnovo (già avvenuto) é possibile richiedere la generazione di un link, valido per soli 30 minuti, che permette di accedere ad una sezione del sito per la gestione dell’abbonamento. Una politica meno trasparente di rinnovo non l’avevo mai vista. Vergognoso! ### 1/5 — Attenzione ai rinnovi automatici! Errate indicazioni per disdire l’abbonamento *2025-05-04, version 2.8.14* Pur seguenti le istruzioni dalla App per IOS, non l’ho trovato tra gli “abbonamenti” in impostazioni. Ritenendo, pertanto, di non essere soggetta al rinnovo ,me ne sono disinteressata. Alla fine, invece, sorpresa! mi hanno rinnovato un altro anno di abbonamento per 99 euro! ! E chiedendo il rimborso per rinnovo abbonamento non intenzionale, l’App Store mi dice di non poterlo fare! Per cui fate molta attenzione… questo tipo di app ti allettano con un primo anno ad un prezzo basso, e poi ti rendono complicata la procedura di disdetta! ### 5/5 — A dir poco perfetto. *2025-02-23, version 2.8.12* Sto imparando a cucinare con i miei tempi, scoprendo dove sbagliavo e capendo come migliorare la mia alimentazione quotidiana grazie alla sezione benessere.
