## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t see Different Providers

*2023-07-27*

When my provider didn’t have any appointments available within the time-frame I needed, I tried to schedule an appointment with a different provider. The app automatically cancelled my appointment. Although it cancelled relatively soon after I scheduled it, my provider still hasn’t added any appointments that work for me. I will be finding a new care provider.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time, find better support

*2022-08-04*

I’m actually surprised on the ratings because this is one of the worst platforms for “health”. I’ve tried numerous supports, good and bad, and this ALC is ranked bad. Had my provider no show for the appt, reached out to support multiple times, no responses, called, they said to wait it out, tried a different provider and no responses from my emails to them, tried another provider and they weren’t that great. Was super excited for this help but it’s created more stress, time, and frustration on my plate

### 2/5 — If it wasn’t free i wouldn’t use it

*2024-12-18*

The doctors take about 30 minutes to an hour to get with you even though it said they are available right then. It doesn’t seem like they read the description I wrote because they ask me why I’m there as if I didn’t put it in the description and most of them seem annoyed like they don’t like there jobs. It’s sad to see doctors in America don’t really care but that’s what they show.

### 2/5 — Bugs..

*2024-07-10*

This app has been great because it helps connect me to services that I need to be connected to. However… the app itself is a bit clunky and not completely responsive/intuitive. I’ve experienced some bugs—especially when using the app on an iPad with a keyboard connected (unable to scroll down to accept terms and conditions, etc).

### 3/5 — Decent care, clunky platform

*2023-02-02*

Been using the app for regular appointments for about a year. I do appreciate that the insurance signup process has made quite easy and that is the strength of the platform. Video quality and connection has been fine. I’ve loved my provider. Beyond that- The platform itself is a bit clunky. There’s been two or three times where insurance has not been billed properly and getting that resolved has been painful. The check in process feels like it needs more help on user experience. For example, you are required to watch the welcome video EVERY time before your appointment. No ability to skip. Provider search is quite limited- even for finding a provider you have seen previously. In short, good start but app needs some front end work.

### 4/5 — One issue

*2022-04-12*

They should make the app like a call so when you go onto another app it keeps running. If you go off the app while waiting for longer than a minute or two, it will reset and you will have to get an appointment again

### 5/5 — Very comprehensive diagnosis

*2024-10-15*

I find their diagnosis good. They ask a lot of questions to understand your symptoms.

### 5/5 — Life saver

*2023-11-14*

Campus medical was closed, saved me from making an expensive trip to the ER
