I have visited several locations and have always been treated with respect. My only complaint is that they don’t have enough ATM’s. It never unlocks my card and always gives me some type of error message often. Have you ever been in a grocery line about to pay for something, go to unlock your card and are met with an error message saying “An unknown error has occurred”? Over and over again for 5 minutes! Infuriating and embarrassing. As a precaution, I lock my card after every transaction to make sure my money isn’t stolen by gas stations or some other shady companies (happened to me twice last year) and boy do I pay for that. Academy Bank please do something about your app because even your customer service reps say it’s garbage and they get cussed out about it, which is ridiculous! I can’t even check my Secured Credit Card balance on the app. It still says my initial deposit is still pending. None of my transactions show up and I’ve been using it for 3 months! Fix it!!!!!! It’s like using AOL in the 90s.
