## What is Acadis?

Acadis Mobile enables instructors in the field to easily record observed tests and in-person skill evaluations, such as weapons qualifications, timed runs, or emergency vehicle operations assessments. The ability to record test results in real-time increases efficiency for your agency. Acadis Mobile requires an internet connection only when downloading rosters and uploading or reporting the results of observed tests, allowing for documentation of important assessment data in areas where connectivity is unavailable. Data recorded offline is securely stored on the mobile device and can be uploaded once the device is back online.

### 5.5.0 — 2026-08-17

This release focuses on stability and polish for score entry and syncing.

• Fixed a crash that could occur when saving a blank Pass/Fail or Scored Checklist score.
• Fixed a crash that could occur when class enrollment data came back incomplete from older Acadis sites.
• Sync errors that can't be retried can now be dismissed, so records no longer stay stuck in an error state.
• Download and Send to Acadis now show the actual reason a request failed instead of a generic connection message.
• Send to Acadis is now hidden while a scoring screen is open, so scores can't go stale mid-send.
• Added an "Add a Comment" option to Pass/Fail checklists, matching the other test types.
• Fixed the serial number label overlapping the firearms help text.
• Added row separators to checklist lists for easier reading.
• Delete Local Data now returns you to the Home screen correctly.

### 5.4.0 — 2026-07-20

This update focuses on faster navigation and more reliable syncing:
 
• New: Select from assigned firearms when recording firearms qualification scores — no more manual entry of make, model, and serial number
• New: Class rosters default to your assigned group or sub-group automatically
• Improved: Collapsible header and refreshed filtering give you more room to work with student lists
• Fixed: Floating filter icon no longer gets stuck off-screen and resets correctly when switching users
• Fixed: Firearm dropdown now shows the correct name instead of an ID number
• Improved: More reliable network handling and score syncing, especially on unstable connections
