## What is Acado ERP?

Acado brings your institution's academic life into one app. Students, parents and staff sign in with credentials issued by their school, college or university and see exactly what's relevant to them — nothing more.

ATTENDANCE
See day-by-day attendance, monthly summaries and today's live status. Staff can mark attendance by class or department, with GPS verification where the institution requires it.

MARKS AND RESULTS
Check assessment marks and published results as soon as your institution releases them.

FEES
View outstanding and paid fees, and pay securely online where your institution has enabled it.

TIMETABLE AND CALENDAR
Your daily schedule, holidays and academic calendar, kept in step with the institution's own records.

ANNOUNCEMENTS AND NOTIFICATIONS
Circulars, notices and alerts from the institution, delivered as push notifications so nothing is missed.

FOR STAFF
Class and department attendance, gate-pass scanning at the guard station, reports and approvals — visible only to the roles your institution has granted them to.

BUILT FOR INSTITUTIONS
Acado serves schools, colleges and universities. Each institution's data is fully isolated, and every screen respects the permissions your administrator has assigned.

IMPORTANT
Acado requires an account issued by a participating institution. You cannot create an account inside the app. If your institution does not use Acado, or you have not received credentials, please contact your administrator.
