App is okay overall but the delivery option is not fully functional. Any address I select is “invalid” even though it is correct and close to the selected açaí express location.

The app has serious problem. It doesn’t let me to use apple pay or add new card, still it asks you to pay in advance when ordering through the app. I have been having this issue since few months before and I contacted the customer support but they are super slow responding and it has not been resolved yet. I tried everything such as logging out, deleting the app and reinstall etc but none of those resolved the issue. Since I am a loyal customer of one of their stores I have some credit that I can only use for app orders. But because of this issue I haven’t been able to use the credits. Really terrible app and customer support.

Luego de esperar la orden y que el app te alerte que está lista te encuentras que tienes que volver hacer fila. En ocasiones esperar por que terminen la orden de cada cliente que está en la fila. ¿PORQUE NO TIENEN LUGAR DESIGNADO para el PICKUP? ¿Cual es el propósito del app?

My Apple Pay works at other stores, but does not work on the app. I have not been able to get my points due to that. Nothing personal against the store that I regularly go to. They are great.

I ordered with the app for the interesting discount of $5 and convenience. I would never use the app again because they gave me the smoothie without bananas and only one strawberry that I paid extra. The smoothie taste only like almond milk. They did not offer me other fruits to replace in my smoothie. If I change my mind and I purchase something again in this company, I prefer to do it in person to not have the bad taste experience again.

El app está buena, te resuelve a la hora de ahorrar tiempo. Pero a la hora de acumular puntos es un fiasco. Realicé la compra hace 7 días y aún no se refleja nada de puntos. Le escribí en el área de customer service y nadie contesta.
