NOISE THAT LULLS White, pink and brown noise, loudness-calibrated - deep brown noise is the sleep favorite, great for babies too.

ASMR, YOUR WAY Build your own ASMR: nail tapping, whispers, cat purring, brush, book pages, rain on an umbrella and more. With headphones, the sounds slowly drift between your ears.

BINAURAL BEATS Delta (3 Hz) and Theta (6 Hz) with headphones, to accompany relaxation and deep sleep.
