Acall Reception eliminates the tedious task of managing visitor appointments and transferring information through automatic reception on the iPad.

You can customize the screensaver, logo, buttons, colors, vertical or horizontal layout, etc.
Acall will be the "face" of your office, smartly welcoming customers at the entrance.

With its flexible customizability, Acall is widely used by enterprises such as financial institutions, educational institutions, IT startups, service companies, real estate companies, co-working offices.

Just scan the QR code to complete the reception process without a hassle.
Other features include notifications via chat tools, video calls, short messages and voice notification　tailored to the needs of your office environment.
Customization of the guidance display, resending of notifications and frequency settings, and CC notifications are standard features. This removes the dependency on people for the initial response to visitors’ arrival and prevents visitors from waiting.
