I overdrafted my account by forgetting an automatic payment, okay thats my fault, except instead of charging me the one overdraft fee, they instead charged me MULTIPLE overdrafts, for transactions that had been made from a week before, to two days before the insurance payment was deducted. To top it all off, the person I spoke to on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. Cutting me off mid sentence and overall had a nasty attitude, told me i was pretty much beat, since I had to solid proof that they rearranged transactions to get the maximum amount in overdrafts they could. I’ll be closing my account after I pay off the $200 in fees I occurred overnight. ### 1/5 — Unable to get in; another update, please? *2020-11-12, version 10.1.0.1* This app has not been working for me for quite some time. I now gave to use my internet browser to go in the website, which is time consuming. I’d much prefer to use the app, and maybe add Face ID to it too? ### 1/5 — Needs a major update *2020-11-06, version 10.1.0.1* ‘Improved performance’ with this latest update means, for me, that it’s now unusable. It had worked fine for years. Too slow but at least it worked. Now I can’t even get in most of the time. It’s the only app that I’ve ever had issues with. The problem is definitely on the app side & not my phone being too old or underpowered.
